Order Processing

We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days in the order they are received. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays and peak seasons.

If you need to expedite your order, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over $55. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you realize an error has been made, please contact us immediately at info@kandiesscentsllc.com before your order ships and we will do our best to make the correction.
