The safety of your family is our priority. We recommend keeping all candles and room sprays out of reach of pets and children. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Use room sprays on surfaces and fabrics as directed and allow to dry before contact.

A great candle experience starts with a little intention. Before every burn, trim your wick to 1/4 inch to ensure a clean, even flame. On the very first burn, allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar -- this creates the candle's memory and prevents tunneling on future burns. For best results, burn for 2-4 hours at a time and keep your candle away from drafts, vents, and direct sunlight.

To preserve the integrity of your candle, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and humidity. Always replace the lid after each burn to protect the fragrance and keep dust away. Proper storage ensures your candle looks and performs beautifully every time you light it.

This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. Carbon buildup -- often called mushrooming -- is a natural result of the wick absorbing fragrance oil during the burn. It's actually a sign that your candle is rich in fragrance. Simply trim the wick to 1/4 inch before your next burn and you're all set for a clean, beautiful flame.

What some may see as imperfections, we see as authenticity. These are the natural characteristics of handcrafted, small-batch candles and a mark of real, quality wax:

• Frosting -- a soft, white crystalline appearance that occurs naturally in plant-based wax
• Wet spots -- subtle gaps between the wax and jar caused by the natural cooling process
• Uneven tops -- a gentle variation in the surface after burning, completely normal

None of these affect the performance, scent, or burn of your candle. They are simply the beautiful signature of a candle made by hand, not by machine.
