At Kandie's Scents, LLC, every product is handcrafted with intention and care. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kandiesscentsllc.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will make it right.

Order Cancellations
